Yes, extra storage is offered at affordable rates.
However, when the extra storage purchased does not actually show up on your account and when it seems impossible to reach someone at Google who will help resolve the situation, frustration is huge.

If anyone knows how I can get Google to respond to this issue — I’d be most appreciative
